By filing the present application, the petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Sahar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner. Prima facie, from the F.I.R. it appears that the allegation levelled in the F.I.R. constitutes offences as alleged in the F.I.R., however for the last two occasions no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioner to press the application,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11655 of 2018(3) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 this Court left with no option, but to dismiss the present application for want of prosecution.
Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
