2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/354/504/506/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have assaulted with iron rod over right arm of the informant, whereas petitioner no.1 snatched Rs.1,000/- from his pocket. Doctor has found simple injuries. There is delay of 17 days in lodging of the FIR and there is no explanation of delay which itself creates doubt over the veracity of the allegation. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27983 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Lakhnaur (RSOP) Police Station Case No. 73/2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
