1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihara P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022 registered under Sections 323, 392, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that complaint case is lodged after lapse of two weeks of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
