Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the mother of the petitioner that petitioner being his son tried to strangulate and snatched Rs. 1,000/- and silver ornaments of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the accusation levelled by the mother of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36 of 2016 (2) dt.05-01-2016 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
