Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 125 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 25 liters of liquor was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 10.3.2019.
