Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the State Appellate Authority is available as Appellate forum and as such petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2007 of 2011(5) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 State Appellate Authority.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority. In case such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today along with copy of this order, the Appellate Authority will condone the delay in filing the appeal and entertain and decide the appeal expeditiously on its own merits in view of the pendency of the writ petition before this Court for last more than seven years.
