JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 30.10.2018, passed in CWJC No. 5376 of 2016, the District Education Officer, Sheohar has already passed a reasoned order dated 2.6.2025, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 2.6.2025, if so advised, by taking recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
