2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 323 , 341 , 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and others due to which they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are agnates and due to land dispute, an altercation took place in between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Injury allegedly caused by the petitioner is simple in nature .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Dalsingsarai in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. case No. 133 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
