The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
