Mr. Sanjay Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-07-2019 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent State.
A peculiar prayer has been made in the writ petition for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to disclose actual cadre strength of Assistant in the Secretariat and attached offices prior to bifurcation of the State, and to select the petitioner on the said cadre strength. The petitioner has alleged that the department is inconsistent in disclosure of this fact in certain earlier
Patna High Court CWJC No.11435 of 2011(4) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 proceedings.
Averments made in the writ petition does not disclose and basis for claim of appointment. When no right has been made in respect of the prayer for appointment, this Court is not inclined to entertain any prayer for disclosure of cadre strength. The writ petition appears to be misconceived. The same is dismissed.
