JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chhapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 185 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. They never demanded any dowry nor tortured her. As a matter of fact, the deceased died due to accident while cooking food. Even these petitioners tried to save her from fire and this fact has been stated by several witnesses during investigation. After the accident she was taken to hospital for treatment, but she could not survive. The husband of the deceased is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43703 of 2017(4) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Chhapra Mufassil P.S.
