Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand (Bhatni O.P.) P.S. Case No. 263 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 327, 384, 379, 447, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story in short is that when the informant was doing farming work in his land then the petitioner came with other co-accused persons and stopped him from doing farming on the land and the accused persons also threatened the informant to face dire consequence.

No.28293 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and the allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused persons is general and omnibus. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand (Bhatni O.P.) P.S. Case No. 263 of 2022.
