1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending her arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case no. 546 of 2024, registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have obtained contractual appointment as a trained teacher under the Block Teacher Contract Unit, Gaighat on the basis of a certificate which on further enquiry transpired to be forged.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No forged certificate was produced by her for getting her appointment. The petitioner who is a lady has no criminal antecedent.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner who is said to have obtained appointment on the basis of a certificate, genuineness of which was doubted in the enquiry conducted together with the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, in the facts of the case, it is directed that the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case no.546 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, West, Muzaffarpur.
