The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ara Mufassil P.S. Case No.86 of 2017 registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that his cousin, Jitendra Singh came to his house for some family dispute with Krishna Singh, the petitioner and his mother, Parwati Devi and began to abuse. Jitendra Singh is alleged to have made two firing hitting on the back of the informant. The informant did not make any sort of allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid that the informant of course alleged that the petitioner accompanied Jitendra Singh but

No.25706 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 informant did not make any allegation of either abusing or making any firing against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur(Ara) in connection with Ara (Mufassil) P.S.
