03-04-2015 Sri Satish Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 1 as well as Sri Umesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for some of the private respondents, submits that ofcourse the present petition was filed in respect of mutation dispute, but during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has filed a title suit, vide Title Suit No. 67 of 2014, which is pending in the court of Sub-Judge,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17965 of 2008 (3) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 Gopalganj.

Keeping in view the fact that the dispute is already pending before the court of competent jurisdiction, no purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending. The writ petition stands disposed.
