====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR) Date : 05-12-2022

Patna High Court CWJC No.19380 of 2014 dt.05-12-2022 2/3 Heard Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the State.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is to direct the respondents to complete the process of selection of Anganwari Sevika in connection with Ward No. 14, village-Purshottampur, District-Muzaffarpur in accordance with law.

3. It is contended on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that till date, the process of selection has not been completed though the applications were invited from the petitioner and other eligible candidates.

4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 5 to 7. From the counter affidavit, it appears that for ventilating the grievance of the petitioner, a representation has been filed which is pending before the District Magistrate and no final order has been passed.

5. Considering the fact that the matter relates to selection of Anganwari Sevika for which selection process was started way back in the year 2012 itself and if such a representation is still pending before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, the same may be taken up and disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19380 of 2014 dt.05-12-2022 3/3

6. The writ application stands disposed of.
