ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 22.08.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in Maintenance Case No. 122/2014.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is a person belonging to Below Poverty Line category and he is unable to pay Rs. 5,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the opposite party no. 2.

Considering the facts of the case, the impugned order dated 22.08.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in Maintenance Case No. 122/2014 is set aside.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57106 of 2015 (2) dt.15-03-2016 2/2 The court below is directed to pass appropriate orders considering all the documents and conclude the proceeding positively within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order after hearing all the parties.

This application stands disposed of with above observations.
