The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have stolen the she-buffalo and calf worth of Rs.50,000/-. Present case has been logged after delay of eleven days. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Md. Dilsad alias Md. Dilsad Nadaf, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Puraini P.S.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12044 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 Case No.111 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Further condition is that the petitioner will participate in the proceeding as and when required. If he will remain absent the prosecution will be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail.
