2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because they happen to be mother-in-law and two brothers-in-law respectively of the deceased. The accusations are general and omnibus. The husband is in custody. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP appears and opposes the petition on the basis of case diary, submitting that the accusations against the petitioners have been made with regard to demand of dowry.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
