The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 348, 366, 366A, 447, 448, 504, 506, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of minor daughter of the informant by the petitioners along with their son. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are father and mother of the coaccused Akshay Kumar. It is further submitted that the

No.28430 of 2022(2) dt.18-10-2022 2/2 victim has already been recovered and has solemnized marriage with the co-accused Akshay Kumar and a judgement dated 13th of March, 2019 is brought on record which is annexed as Annexure 2 in which the victim seek maintenance under section 125 of Cr.P.C. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 528 of 2018, G.R. No. 3634 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
