Apprehending arrest in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 101/2017, registered under Sections 341,307, 504, 506/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, the petitioner has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
While the injured was tending cattle, it is alleged, that the petitioner and other accused(s) intercepted him and while he was fleeing the petitioner and another co-accused fired at him which hit him in his back.
Contention of the petitioner is that the doctor found only one injury. Opinion thereon is still reserved. Both the parties are at loggerheads. There is possibility of false implication of the petitioner in the crime. From paragraph no.3, it appears that the

Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the criminal antecedents and other materials reflecting from the record, the Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail.
