JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly assaulted the informant with Khanti upon the head of the informant.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that there was a dispute with respect to keeping of she-buffalo on the informant's land. The informant and the petitioner happen to be own brothers. It is next contended that both the brothers have resolved the matter and a petition to that effect has already been filed in the court below.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1155 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 the abovenamed petitioner, namely, Balindra Ram, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Pauthu Police Station Case No. 37 of 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Aurangabad subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section
