Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kudhani P.S.Case No. 393 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 307, 436, 332, 333 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are named in the FIR and allegation against them is assaulting the police personnel and damaging police vehicle.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11283 of 2018 (3) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners, rather specific allegation is against Asha Devi, Rita Devi, Sanjay and Umesh Sahni.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M_III (West), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kudhani P.S.Case No. 393 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioners shall co-operate in investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
