JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2016 Husband of the petitioner was engaged as an Amin on need basis on daily wage. He was subsequently even retrenched from service as far back as 29.2.1976, which led to a reference to a Labour court, the details of which are not required to be gone into. The facts stand that now the widow is before this Court claiming benefit of family pension. Petitioner wants a direction in this regard. Death of the husband of the petitioner happened on 4.2.2008. Since there is no law or rules which envisages grant of family pension to such persons, who had been hired or engaged on daily wage, there cannot be any relief in favour of the petitioner by
