Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.2787 of 2019 arising out of Didarganj PR Thana Case No.181 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 13.320 litres illicit liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
