The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Spl. Case No. 257 of 2018 arising out of Sikty P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case there is recovery of 9 liters of liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Nothing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on deposit of cash of Rs. 25,000/-. Let the

Case No. 257 of 2018 arising out of Sikty P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018, subject to deposit of cash of Rs. 25,000/- and further subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
