This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 10.01.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. No.25587 of 2009 with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with Complaint Case No.99 of 2007.

It appears that vide order dated 10.01.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. No.25587 of 2009 by a Bench of this Court, the petitioner, above named, was directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from the date of communication of the aforesaid order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42647 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in Complaint Case No.99 of 2007, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure but the petitioner did not surrender within time.

I find no reason to modify the order dated 10.01.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. No.25587 of 2009 by a Bench of this Court with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with the aforesaid case after lapse of more than six years.
