The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Silao P.S. Case No.116 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 379, 341, 323, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that accused persons have jointly participated in the occurrence and assaulted the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner but the order sheet of the court below shows that victim has received injury. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders
