The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022 (S.T. No. 60 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 341, 447, 354(b), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of the above, this application for regular
