JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(1) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to remove the illegal occupation by the private respondent no. 9 by erecting sewage, wall and porch over the land situated at Plot Nos. 3413, 3401 and 3402 without any consent or purchase

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
