The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dehri (Town) P. S. Case No. 23 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to undue and unexplained delay of eight months in institution of the FIR, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dehri in Dehri (Town) P. S. Case No. 23 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid
