The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(1) That, the present writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner, for issuance of a writ in the nature of "Mandamus"

commanding the respondents to execute the order dated 16.01.12 and 28.08.12 with retrospective effect, passed by the respondent nos.-3 and 4 in the favour of the petitioner by which, promotion of the petitioner confirmed at the post of Head Assistant cum Accountant in Forbesganj Nagar Parisad/

Patna High Court CWJC No.19315 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 Municipality, Araria with retrospective effect, but it has not been complied due to lack of approval of Nagar Vikash and Awash Bibhag, Patna as well as direct the respondent authorities to make dues payment with an interest as per pay scale of Head Assistant cum Accountant and further fix pension amount of the petitioner as per pay scale of Head Assistant cum Accountant without any further and undue delay in the "Fair and Natural Justice" for which he is legally entitled."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has died during the interregnum period, his wife be granted liberty to agitate subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
