The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of on order(s), direction(s), writ(s) in the nature of certiorari for quashing a letter dated 15.10.2014 bearing Memo no.
386/N.C/ Patna issued by Respondent no. 4 (Incharge Establishment) whereby and whereunder some persons have been appointed as Incharge of concerned warehouse ignoring settle principles of law and procedure, without approval of the Chairman of Bihar State Warehousing. corporation B-2 1st floor,
Patna High Court CWJC No.19752 of 2014(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 Maurya Lok Complex, Patna (Respondent no.2) as well as issuance of a writ/ writs commanding the respondents to dispose off the representation dated 18.10.2014, filed by the petitioner before the respondent no. 1 in accordance with law. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent- authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought, is granted.
