2. Heard Mr. Ajay Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Shaheen Begum, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) for the State.
3. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Shambhuganj PS Case No. 178 of 2019 dated 01.08.2019, instituted under Sections 341/323/387/504/506/34 of the Indian
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25342 of 2020(2) dt.16-10-2020 2/2 Penal Code.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the application having become infructuous as the petitioners have been arrested, he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
5. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
