JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 05.07.2011, passed in Case No.481 of 2010 by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, West Champaran at Bettiah, which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.
The petitioners shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
