The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases and the informant alleges that during Mukhiya election they were intercepted by the accused persons and on orders of Sudhakar Dubey and Prabhakar Dubey, accused Chinki Dubey fired at Ravi Kumar but the bullet hit the informant on his neck thereafter Ravi Shankar Dubey and Chinki Dubey fired causing injury to others.

No.28046 of 2022(2) dt.22-08-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case by informant by alleging that he is an order giver, when allegation of firing is against Chinki Dubey, it is further submitted that from the side of the petitioner also Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 239 of 2021 was instituted by the petitioner herein who received firearm injury in his neck fired by Ravi Kumar. Learned counsel submits that now the parties have compromised the case as would be evident from Annexure '3' to the anticipatory bail application and it is also submitted that accused from the side of the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 240 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down
