The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is contradiction between the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the allegation levelled in the F.I.R. which creates doubt over the prosecution version.
