However, it is not in the prescribed format, therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application in the prescribed format. If such application is filed within a period of two weeks from today in that event the concerned authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's application under Rule 12A of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Rules, 2021 read with amended Rules 2022 and 2023 within a period of two weeks' from the date of receipt of petitioner's fresh application.
