Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State learned and learned S.C. - 11 for Govt. of Bihar..

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018 lodged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Vide order dated 12.05.2022 provisional bail was granted to the petitioner imposing a condition upon him that: "An affidavit is required to be filed on behalf of the petitioner giving details of the owner of the vehicle, as to how he is connected with the illicit trade of liquor, name of the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said affidavit in compliance of order dated 12.05.2022 was filed on 06.06.2022 before the Trial Court as well as before this Court, in which every detail about the ownership of the truck and others have been given which is annexed as flag-S. In this background the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.05.2022 is hereby confirmed. Learned counsel for the State has no objection on this bail.

With this observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
