Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed an I.A. by which he wants amendment in the prayer of the present case. Initially, the case was filed for quashing of the F.I.R. but subsequently, he seeks amendment for quashing of an opportunity, order dated 14.07.2022 by which charge has been framed against the petitioner. Upon some arguments, counsel for petitioner submits to withdraw the present quashing application. Permission granted.

Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before appropriate forum as the case may be.

Therefore, the quashing application is dismissed with the said observation.
