Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to GP-5 and learned counsel appearing on behalf of Nagar Panchayat, Piro, Shri. Gopal Jha.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Nagar Panchayat, Piro, submits that the grievance of the petitioner, as raised in the instant writ application, stands redressed. It is next submitted that a Cheque bearing No. 002358 dated 14-12-2024 drawn on Axis Bank in favour of the petitioner has been issued. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received the aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.7110 of 2024(6) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 cheque and has credited it in his bank account for its encashment. Learned counsel next submits that the petitioner hopes that the cheque would be encashed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application as his grievance stands redressed.
