====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 33 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. till now and the petitioner is nowhere involved in the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 29.05.2020.
