2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the relevant document regarding the termination of service of the petitioner.
3. Let it be kept on record.
4. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

5. Allegedly, petitioner is said to have obtained job on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged certificates/documents.
6. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. No such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that the service of the petitioner has been terminated on 18.01.2023 by the concerned authority. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
7. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the Vigilance opposed the prayer for bail.
8. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, as the service of the petitioner has been terminated, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court
