The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bochahan P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 323, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Ganesh Ram, the petitioner and his family members encroached his land and were making construction. The sons of Ganesh Ram are alleged to have snatched a chain and rupees from the pocket of the informant. The petitioner is alleged to have pressed the neck of the informant. It is submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. The injury found on the informant is simple in nature. There is no allegation of snatching against the petitioner. No.39773 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge XI-cum-A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 94/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
