JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-09-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 212 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2020.

From the record it appears that the petitioner was caught by the villagers with pistol and he is accused in other cases of different nature of offences under the Penal Code. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The application is
