2. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 06.10.2022 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Rosera in Mutation Appeal No. 31 of 2021. Counsel has also challenged the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.6610 of 2023(2) dt.11-09-2023 2/2 09.10.2021 passed by the Circle Officer, Singhia in Mutation Case No. 275 of 2021-22.

3. Learned counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection that the orders under challenge is revisable under the Bihar Mutation Act, 2011, [Bihar Act 23 of 2011].

4. In this background, this Court directs the petitioner to file the mutation revision before the appropriate authority under the Bihar Mutation Act, 2011 raising all the points which he has raised in the writ petition and the revision authority shall pass a reasoned and speaking order in revision, considering all those points which he has raised in the present writ petition.

5. The delay, if any in filing the revision is hereby condoned.

6. With this direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
