JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. (A) To issue a Writ or Order in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide reservation in the Construction Work of the Government Contractor.

(B) To issue a direction upon the respondents for providing reservation to the Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribes and Most Backward Caste so that they can get economic benefit."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of
