JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 01/2015 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the husband of the informant. With reference to the documents annexed to this application, in fact, the marriage had taken place about five years back and it was found that the informant was mentally unsuitable, so much so, she was under regular treatment since 09.12.2012 under Dr. Ashok K. Prasad, Neuro Psychiatric at Ranchi.
Be that as it may, in the event of his

No.57311 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Mukesh Yadav, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
