JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-09-2023 Heard Mr. Bachan Jee Ojha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned AC to GP-4 for the State and Mr. Raj Nandan Prasad, learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Government of Bihar for redressal of his grievance as prayed for in the present writ petition in light of the judgment dated 26.06.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in L.P.A. No. 198 of 2016 (The Registrar General, Patna High Court Vs. Ram Vyas Dubey and Ors.).

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on

Patna High Court CWJC No.6782 of 2023 dt.25-09-2023 2/2 behalf of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, petitioner may file his detailed representation along with a copy of the judgment dated 26.06.2023 passed in L.P.A. No. 198 of 2016 (The Registrar General, Patna High Court Vs. Ram Vyas Dubey and Ors.).

4. The Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Government of Bihar is directed to call for the service particulars of the petitioner from the office of the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai as well as Circle Officer, Suryagarha, Lakhisarai and consider the claim of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order in light of the judgment passed by this Hon'ble Court in L.P.A. No. 198 of 2016 (The Registrar General, Patna High Court Vs. Ram Vyas Dubey and Ors.) as well as other judgments which the petitioner wants to rely upon in support of his claim.
