2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 867/2024, registered for offence punishable under Sections 21 & 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Nitish Kumar, who was apprehended on spot, and from whose possession, 16 Leegesic 2 ml. ampule and 22 Avil 2 ml. injections have been recovered.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
